Last Updated: 24 Sept 2025

Please read this End-User License Agreement ("Agreement") carefully before purchasing, installing, or using any variant of LensNode ("Plugin"). By doing so, you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions of this Agreement. If you do not agree, do not purchase, install or use the Plugin.

1. License Grant

Node Mill Pty Ltd ("Licensor") grants you a revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited license to download, install, and use the Plugin solely for your personal or commercial filmmaking use, in accordance with this Agreement.

2. Restrictions

- Use the Plugin for any illegal activities.

- Reverse-engineer, decompile, modify, or create derivative works of the Plugin.

- Access or use the Plugin beyond the scope granted by this Agreement.

3. License Types

Licenses for the Plugin include:

The Free Trial License may be used solely for the purpose of evaluating the Plugin and may not be used for commercial, production, or revenue-generating activities.

Studio Licenses:
Studio Licenses are available under custom terms negotiated directly with the Licensor. These licenses are subject to separate written agreements, which prevail over this EULA for the Studio License.

4. Ownership

The Plugin is licensed, not sold. All intellectual property rights remain with the Licensor. You own only the media on which the Plugin is delivered, not the Plugin itself.

5. Updates and Compatibility

Updates to the Plugin are at the sole discretion of the Licensor. Compatibility with future versions of DaVinci Resolve is not guaranteed unless explicitly stated.

6. Refund Policy

Refunds are only available if the Plugin is deemed faulty or does not meet the guarantees under Australian Consumer Law. Refunds will not be granted for change of mind or incorrect purchase.

7. Technical Data Collection

The Licensor may collect non-personal technical data related to your device, system, and application usage to facilitate software updates, product support, and improve products. The Licensor may use this information to improve its products or to provide services or technologies to you.

8. Warranty Disclaimer

The Plugin and any related services are provided "as is" without any guarantees or warranties of any kind, either express or implied. This includes, but is not limited to, implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, or that the Plugin will meet your requirements, function uninterrupted, or be error-free. Any reliance on the Plugin’s performance is at your own risk. Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of implied warranties, so these exclusions may not apply to you.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Node Mill Pty Ltd is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including but not limited to loss of data, profits, or business interruptions arising from the use or inability to use the Plugin. Total liability for any damages shall not exceed the purchase price of the license. Certain jurisdictions do not allow these limitations, so they may not apply to you.

10. Termination

This Agreement is effective until terminated. The Licensor may terminate this Agreement at any time if you fail to comply with its terms. Upon termination, you must cease use and delete all copies of the Plugin.

11. Governing Law

This Agreement is governed by the laws of Australia. Any disputes will be resolved under the jurisdiction of Australian courts.
